Secretary / Office Manager
§     I provide a wide range of independent and directed duties including but not limited to the entries listed.
§     Receive, read, process and distribute various correspondences, clearances, results, documents and billing.
§     Consolidate, process, and transmit time and attendance to payroll as scheduled.
§     Research if necessary, contact information, documenting and proper cross-referencing.
§    Prepare and/or send correspondences, documents, reports, records, equipment, supplies and specimens.
§     Create and/or maintain forms, documentation and scheduled activities.
§     Work extensively with some Microsoft programs, POIS and STM (medical billing systems), Internet website navigation. Perform data entry and equipment programming. Work part time with word processors and typewriters.
§     I am prompt, professional, courteous, attentive, friendly with all staff, and cliental. Referring visitors and phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel if able, or take a detailed message.
§     If unable to provide appropriate concern/problem resolution, direct to proper management and provide necessary reference material.
§     Scheduling all appointments, contracted staff, physicians, couriers, calibrations and repairs in clinic and multiple services, along with coordinating parking, entry to the buildings and directing or retrieving personal.
    §     Inventory control, price comparison and reporting, obtaining authorizations, ordering, tracking, receiving,             distribution, documentation and discrepancy resolution process.
